Sherronda Phelps brings her years of experience as a Sr. Environmental Engineer to Braden Real Estate Group (BREG). Prior to joining BREG, she audited Chemical manufacturing facilities and Petroleum Refineries regarding their environmental compliance. Her past work experience in the E&HS community coupled with her theoretical knowledge of Chemical Engineering has developed her analytical, communication and presentation skills. This mix of abilities will aid her in the ever-changing world of real estate. Sherronda was born and raised on the East End of Houston, earning her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University in 2005. Her career has allowed her to reside all over this great city just to name a few, Meyerland, Stafford, Sugarland, Spring, Humble and the Katy/Richmond area. She can appreciate the characteristics and benefits of living in and around the city of Houston.
